We immediately begin to apply the basics of the Theta Healing method to our own reality and desires in this first class.  We call upon and express our desire for change, and then learn how to “witness”, and allow the Creator of All That Is to literally answer our "prayers", create instant changes and release of that which no longer serves.  By learning how to accept and receive these shifts (often accompanied by perceptible sensation or awareness), and learning how to allow the deeper understandings to continue afterwards, we will affect lasting and profound shifts in our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. Throughout the classes we engage the Theta Healing methods in partner exercises that build awareness, confidence, and provide increasing forms of validation and understandings.  These experiences offer you amazing and curious results and information, offering expanding possibilities for you and life -- that maybe you have never thought possible before!  Well, in Theta Healing all sorts of possibilities are now possible, even probable! It is important to recognize that it isn't necessary to know how it all works in order for Creator to effectively respond and affect change in your life!  An interesting aspect and result of this Theta work is that you will begin to understand things that you never though you would or could.  Over time, as you grow your “Theta muscle” -- you literally get smarter and smarter as your faith and confidence continues to grow!
